Frederick Putnam has joined Texas Capital’s government, nonprofit and institutions team as managing director, senior relationship manager. 

“In this role, Putnam will help connect Texas Capital’s public finance capabilities with its institutional client base, supporting communities and mission-driven organizations through innovative, relationship-driven solutions,” the firm said in a statement.

Putnam, who has more than 20 years of public finance and institutional banking experience, was previously at Preston Hollow Community Capital, where he was managing director and executive director on the originations team focused on higher education, healthcare, and governmental entities.
